Remote Control, our online data management system, puts the information you need at your fingertips 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The web interface can even be customized to reflect your corporate website or company store, so customers can place orders directly to us. Software, literature, premium items, user guides, brochures, and other products or informational literature can be requested through Remote Control.
The system is intuitive and easy to use with no need for special training. With Remote Control, you can:

Remote Control also gives feedback to our internal customer support team. Automatic email notifications on transactions including low inventory levels, inventory receipts, and backorders keep our customer service representatives and account managers informed. |
